Subjective ADHD assessments for adults, with compassion and clarity — by telehealth in Connecticut and Vermont.
“Why is this so hard for me when it seems easy for everyone else?”

If you’ve spent years feeling scattered, overwhelmed, behind, or like you’re working twice as hard just to keep up — you are not lazy, and you are not broken. So many adults, especially women, reach midlife never realizing that ADHD has been quietly shaping their struggles all along.

Getting clarity can be a profound relief. It reframes a lifetime of “what’s wrong with me?” into “oh — this makes sense.”

What my assessment is (and isn’t)

I offer subjective ADHD assessments — a thorough, structured clinical evaluation using validated screening tools, a detailed history, and collaborative conversation about how your symptoms show up in real life. This is not a neuropsychological evaluation (which involves extensive cognitive testing), but for many adults a clinical assessment is exactly what’s needed to understand their experience and inform next steps.

You’ll leave with greater clarity about your symptoms, written feedback, and personalized recommendations — whether that’s therapy, strategies, a referral for medication evaluation, or further testing.

This may resonate if you experience:
  • Chronic procrastination, overwhelm, or trouble starting tasks

  • Difficulty with focus, organization, or time management

  • Forgetfulness, losing track, or “where did the day go?”

  • Emotional intensity, rejection sensitivity, or restlessness

  • A lifelong sense of underperforming relative to your effort

You deserve to understand how your own mind works.

Whatever we find, you’ll be met with warmth and zero judgment.
